Refund & Return Policy – SOOP Advanced

At SOOP Advanced, we take pride in delivering high-quality personal care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy.


1. Returns Policy

  • We do not accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
  • Returns are only applicable if:
    • You receive a damaged product
    • You receive a wrong item
    • The product is missing from your order

2. Return Request Window

  • All return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests raised after this window may not be accepted

3. Proof Required

To process your request quickly, please share:

  • Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage/missing claims)
  • Product images showing the issue
  • Order ID and details

4. Replacement Policy

  • Once verified, we will offer a free replacement for eligible cases
  • Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only in the following cases:

  • Replacement is not available
  • Order is canceled before dispatch
  • Prepaid order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)

Refund Timelines:

  • Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
  • It may take an additional 5–7 days to reflect in your original payment method

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

7. Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds/replacements for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usage
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
