At SOOP Advanced, we take pride in delivering high-quality personal care products. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy.
1. Returns Policy
- We do not accept returns on used or opened products for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Returns are only applicable if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a wrong item
- The product is missing from your order
2. Return Request Window
- All return/replacement requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests raised after this window may not be accepted
3. Proof Required
To process your request quickly, please share:
- Clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage/missing claims)
- Product images showing the issue
- Order ID and details

4. Replacement Policy
- Once verified, we will offer a free replacement for eligible cases
- Replacement will be shipped within 2–4 business days
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only in the following cases:
- Replacement is not available
- Order is canceled before dispatch
- Prepaid order is lost in transit (confirmed by courier)
Refund Timelines:
- Refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days
- It may take an additional 5–7 days to reflect in your original payment method
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled
7. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds/replacements for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect product usage
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
