1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp update once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Timeline

Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days

Delivery timelines may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, courier delays, or high demand periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499
A nominal shipping fee may apply to orders below this value or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders (if applicable)

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
You can track your order in real-time through the courier partner’s website.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on selected pin codes.
Additional charges may apply for COD orders.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us at hi@soopadvanced.com
In case of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
